Summary
For this figure, I removed Bullyland's original paint before repainting the eagle so that it looks more like the one in the LOTR film (i.e. with no white at all but with brown feathers).
I'll post the how-to repaint the eagle later, since the paint I used doesn't last on the plastic in which the figure is made. So I have to find a way to fix it...
